Christians, ever wonder why your arguments routinely fail to convince atheists to your way of thinking?

Maybe it's because they're not very good arguments? If someone of any other religion could repeat your arguments word for word, but substitute the name of their god for yours, and you wouldn't be convinced by that, then why would you expect anyone else to be convinced when you say it?
