How to tickle my Uncle?

I already asked this question and got most Of the answers I needed, but I still have one question! Do you I just go up and tickle him or do I make up an excuse. I want to get him to use some of those hand tie things or get in the spread eagle position. What do I do if he gets mad at me for tickling him? How do I get him to go into a room and tickle him when most of the time I see him when are family gets together. Also how do I get him to take off a sho or both shoes? Thanks
