Rate my Water/ Synchro deck please, in need of advice?

Wow this is one kick *** deck. I can't See any way to make it better, except maybe adding another solemn.. Other than that. Wow, I would say you're pretty good. And I like the idea of putting deep sea warrior in there, and I would most definitely put two more penguin soldiers in there, you can never have to many of those, plus it adds a bit of a bounce effect to the deck.
