Too many men in my wedding party, what can I do with all of them?

My fiance and I are having a small wedding party. I am having a maid of honor and 1 bridesmaid and my fiance is having a best man and 1 groomsmen. HOWEVER, my fiance has about 3 other guys that he wants to be part of our wedding. Two can easily be ushers but I don't know what to do with the third guy. Could he be an usher too or would that be too many ushers?? Need some help. Thanks.
