This depends heavily on the area where the hurricane hits and the damage done to local industry. A hurricane hitting a remote island would discharge virtually no hazardous materials while one hitting an area with a good deal of chemical processing plants would likely discharge all forms of corrosive, toxic and dangerous materials.
