Can i ask for a mercedes c cl or a bmw m5 or something decent as a courtesy car?

I have a fiat punto 2007, i got hit by another driver and they accepted liability on the scene to the police officer present, just waitin for his insurance to speak to him and confirm. I was wondering would i be able to ask for a luxury car for like a week or two as means of compensation. One of my friends has been in the same position, and he got a mercedes c220 for like 2 months, even though his car was probably worse than mine!!!
