I live in FL and my parents live in Brazil. I miss them terribly, but cannot afford to bring them here to live with my husband and I right now because I am yet to finish my college (I'm going for nursing). I talk to my parents everyday. I worry too much with them. They are not "elderly" per say, because they lead an active life, but my dad is going to be 70 this year and my mom just turned 64. Added to that, they take care of my 27 year old brother who was born with cerebral palsy. They receive no government aid in Brazil, so you can imagine it's a hard life. Anyway... my mom has been falling on the street lately. I don't know exactly what's going on with her, but she's been having more falls than before. She blaims the sidewalk, but I think she' losing her balance, as all elderly people eventually do. I'm concerned with that. It puts me into the perspective that I'm 34 and my parents will need to be cared for very soon. How do you deal with the reality of your parents being elderly or needing your care, psychologically speaking? Do you live close to them? If not, how do you make sure they are safe and cared for? Well guess what counselors. I dont have a job! only job i kept was at al's formal wear. I've have my resume professionally done and Im well dressed at interviews. If they do/did have it, did you wait for the Doctors looking after him/her to challenge them with dairy or did you do it slowly and safely in your own home? My Daughter is 11 months and has a confirmed cows milk protein allergy (hers is IEG) and a peanut allergy. Cracked Ugly Window Panes?

I just moved into my apartment and the windows are horrifying. The panes are all cracked, have old lumpy paint, holes, etc. I can't get new windows because I'm renting. I'm 38 weeks preggy and I'm planning on naming my baby Daniela Ivanya. My babys daddy is not in the picture anymore......well he is but not really involved. I know this is really off the wall, but if I were him, I would have a TB test done.!!! TB is on a big comeback, can present these symptoms in rare cases. US doctors are NOT used to seeing TB, so often miss the diagnosis for years, long after the damage is done. This is NOT something to play with, for many stomach infections can leave perminent scarring, and if an artery ruptures, he can bleed to death in a matter of minutes and never know it. Get a TB test done immediately. IT costs little, and hopefully, it will be negative. A Positive TB test does NOT mean that is what it is, but it is an indication that further tests need to be done immediately. You would be better off with a foreign doctor who is used to seeing "wierd" symptoms daily. Good luck

Basically FedEx got tired of Airbus saying that the A380 will be delayed again. FedEx ended up buying the 777F which is a good decision since the aircraft can hold a lot of cargo and only operates on 2 engines instead of 4 thereby making the aircraft more fuel efficient. The range on the 777F is also pretty good so FedEx can do more point to point flying instead of having to transport everything to 1 hub.

I got my first tattoo about 2 months ago. The artist screwed up and made the lettering on it WAY too bold. I told him i wanted smooth, small, thin, cursive lettering. It is just a 5 letter name, nothing too long. Is there anyway at all that i could get this turned into thin lettering? Or is it impossible to do? I don't know how well this would work, but would it work to have the artist go over the original lettering with a white or beige type color, and then just go over that in the lettering i DO want? Network says it's connected, but no internet, no ping... can anyone help?

Basically would I would recoomend that you unplug the modem power and also the network cable. Also just unplug the power to the router and then wait a few minutes plug in the powe to the modem wait for that to cycle up then plug the ethernet or network cable in from the router. then plug in the router power wait for that to cycle up. May need to reboot the workstations as well but not certain of that portion and you should be good.

I have a 16 year old niece who has been babysitting my two sons for the past few months. My sons are age 5 and 7. A few days ago I was talking to my 5 year old about his cousin and how he liked being babysat by her and out of the blue he told me that he saw her . We have been dating for 3 months and have been physical. Probably a little fast but nothing to crazy. It would really depend on how much area you really wanted to clear. Where I live loggers wont take jobs like this unless they are desperate or if the area being cleared is 2 acres or better. They do buy the lumber though and many times it can mean a tidy sum of money. Odd smell coming from my new activated carbon/HEPA air filter, help please?

just bought an AllerAir Vocarb 5000. It says it's ready to go on arrival, so I plugged it in and turned it on TURBO (says to do this for a few minutes when introducing it into a new room, to readjust the air currents)..... Anyway, after around a half hour of having it running, I began to smell, and rather strongly, some unknown odor - and my eyes began to burn, slightly, though I also had the fan on, and won't dismiss the possibility that dust was simply being dispersed into the air and that is what was agitating my eyes. But anyway, is the smell OK and not harmful? Oh, and, when I first turned it on TURBO, I was kneeling right in front of it, and it blasted my face with air. I have 4 mini daschunds and they like to play outside in my fenced in back yard 2 of them are full grown and 1 is almost full grown the other and last one is is about as big as the end nof a broom (small) I was wonderinf if hawks would swoop down and get them. I just posted a question about him peeing on furniture. I got responses about him maybe having a urinary infection. Also, I got responses about getting more litter boxes. Well I have more litter boxes. His pee has a bad smell to it (like onions). I've noticed this for probably two months now. I was supossed to take him to the vet to get a urnialyisis but something came up. Now I'm hearing that if he really does have a urinary problem if left untreated he could die...especially since he is a male and they have high risk. What do you think? He is peeing on my leather couches, his pee smells bad, he meows before he goes to the bathroom and when he drinks water, he only pees a little bit, not a bunch. What is wrong with him? Also, since I've waited so long to do something, is it to late to treat him if he does have a fatal urinary problem? I'm scared. He's my precious kitty.

in my back yard, i have a 10x10 area where my bermuda looks different. leaves are farther apart and just generally looks very different than the rest of my lawn, which is weed free, as i have a cl 3 license. i believe a tree used to be where this spot is. i have applied lime and fertilizer. all that happens is that it gets much greener. no pest or infection is evident. i would really like this spot to match the rest of my lawn, so any help is appreciated. my lawn was sodded but i do not know what variety of bermuda i have. prob the cheapest variety the builder could get away with. north mississippi/memphis metro is where i live. thank you.

Drug related insomnia?

When I was about 2-5 I lived with a person that drugged me before I fell asleep. When this was discovered, i was placed in a different home. They obviously didn't drug me. Ever since, I have had problems sleeping. I can't fall asleep for hours and hours, and when I do finally sleep, I never get deep sleep, it's more the type where if someone walked into the room, I'd awaken. I have racing thoughts about everything from plans for the next day, to people that I've met, to different styles of music. When I ask my mother about it, she says it's anxiety. If I had a cough, my mother would link it to anxiety somehow, so I don't believe her. I've asked doctors, and not one of them even wrote down my symptoms. Benadryl (spelling) doesn't work, neither does Nyquil or warm milk or exercise, or meditation, or yoga, or breathing tecniques. Could this all be related to the fact that I was drugged when I was younger? If so, what can be done. (I know I'm not the best speller, but I'm 15 years old...give me a break).

Got cydia installous not downloading!?

i have a 1st gen iPod touch v3.1.3 and jailbroke it with spirit. i have cydia, and a lot of things including installous are not downloading. themes wont download either. when i try to install installous, theres no confirm on, and it says "The requested modifications cannot bbe applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found." does anyone know what that means? very frustrating! please help thanks

Well, awhile ago my cousins dog chewed my laptop wire. the charger, Well they sent me a new one. Ever since then. My laptop had been laggy playin games and stuff. Like it gets real bad like 1 fps like every 15mins lasting like 5 mins, If I unplug it, it isnt so bad. But it still happens. It says my sound cards not plugged in either lol. Sometimes when I plug in the charger it says plugged in not plugged in, on and off for like 30mins then charges fine. Also, my fan sounded like it was messin up the inside like it was grinding against something really really bad. And sometimes the lights like the power on and where the wi-fi light thing, turns off. I would love to have a salt water tank, because the fish are so exotic, and such. I am getting paid today, and i have no idea how much, but at least $20. It also might help to know that your success in life might not be correlated by how academically smart you are. I like onions raw in a salad - that way you get all the benefits. I did once read though that certain nutrients in tomatoes are only actually released when cooked! I think the best way is to eat them both raw and cooked.
