How/Where to buy the English ver. of PaintTool SAI?

I've look on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAI_(software) and the site: http://www.systemax.jp/en/sai/ but it doesn't show or at least tell me how much I have to pay for the program.
