Any ideas for ESL cl?

I am having a hard time planning for next weeks cles. I am teaching conversation English to Korean girls and their level is poor. They are high school students, but have the level of elementary students. I had an ice-breaker lesson and counting. I do things as simple and easy as possible, but they still have a hard time understanding even the most simple of things. They aren't motivated to do anything. The come from tough backgrounds and poor upbringings. Any ideas on a fun/interesting lesson plan(s)? Any help would be great, thanks.
