Can a female who may have an std still have babies.?

i knew two girls who used to be ually active with any guy they thought was cute. they know live normal lives sort of. one of them i had with and gave me a yeast infection and know a year later has a baby, how? the other had with a gang of guys even i could've gotten some but she was just a friend. she also is in a relationship (i know she doesnt like that because she used to have bf before and still be flirty with others like me). she has a baby and im preety sure she hsas something from those 20-30 guys. im thinking c-section.
