Can someone see your IP when you ask them a question on tumblr?

if i were to send someone on tumblr an anonymous question (you know, like whoever.tumblr.com/ask), is there any way for them to know my IP address or that it is me sending it? can they tell that i am the same person that sent other questions, and somehow they know which anonymous is which? thank you
