A few bad grades will get me held back?

I got into this slump where I just didn't do my homework, and I currently have three Fs, and a D- I'm pretty much out of my slump, and doing my homeworking again, and making up the ridiculously large amount of late work. What will happen if I get a F on a report card? Because the cut off is coming in two days, and I'm scared sitting ontop of a pile of late work. I mean like a lot of late work!!!!!!!!! Like a month, and a half worth. D====== Will a F on a report card for a quarter fail me, and get my held back? I'm not a bad kid I don't cause problems in school =/ I'm just apathetic, so what will happen? Answer fast please! I'm nervous!!!
