Im depressed what can i do?

my gf left me and i feel like im going trough this depression i dont have thoughts of suicede i have all the symptoms though backpain no sleep no eat..... i feel like the only way i can get help is if she gets back with me she tells me im crazy and puts me down even more? should i get help or cann time help
