No,never mix any two OTC medications unless you get an okay at least from a pharmacist. Why are you taking a non-drying sinus medication if you have a cold. If your sinus's aren't bothering you then don't take anything at all for them. There also isn't any reason to take tylenol pm just to get to sleep. You sound like one of those people that take anything as soon as they start to get the sniffles. You never take any medication if you do not need it. You body becomes tolerant to these medications and then they won't help when you do. Why not use exercise to get you tired.I guarantee it'll help you sleep and you'll lose the weight faster too.
