What are the reasons that a visit visa would be rejected in Dubai...?

Well, it happens due to security concerns. UAE authorities are more proactive after recently happens. They have more security concerns now with Palestine & Lebanon as well. Any little bit of suspicious activity may cause anybody into so-called mini-jail. Travel doents or pport doesn't matter. Only the security or illegal activity matters.
