What does it mean if you click on someones facebook page and it says they have no recent posts?

does it mean ur blocked from seeing their page? because i clicked "like" on someones status and it said it was either no longer available, or i no longer have permission to view it. cept it is still available, i still see it, but its not on that persons wall-- nothing is. it just says "This User Has No Recent Posts" and theres absolutely nothing on the wall. im wondering if they just blocked me from seeing their page. if they did i have no idea why theyd do that but...
