Anyone used a logger/land clearing company? Please answer...?

It would really depend on how much area you really wanted to clear. Where I live loggers wont take jobs like this unless they are desperate or if the area being cleared is 2 acres or better. They do buy the lumber though and many times it can mean a tidy sum of money. However I have yet to see a job like this not make a royal mess of the yard, which they do not repair that cost is footed by the property owner.
