My Dad was born in the US, but now moved to Hungary, where I (now 12) was born, but I hat it here?

Okay, so my Dad's Dad is Hungarian, a WWII refugee who escaped to New York. He then met my Dad's Mom, who is American. My Dad grew up in California, and he then moved to Hungary, because his Dad couldn't go back, so my Dad went instead... That's where I was born, and I HATE HATE HATE it here. I can't get any jobs like paper-routes or lemonade stands as it is illegal here, and the people here are mostly really mean. No chance of being able to move to America until I'm 18, but can you give me tips on how to bear it?
